Trade in Philosophy

I will gladly accept quality Audio electronics as partial payment for a trade up and will also consider trade down for quality items.  I offer 80% of the fair market value.  All used equipment sold and purchased by High End Audio Exchange is subjected to a thorough listening test before coming or leaving my house. Equipment is rated on a scale of 10 as follows:

10 =  Like new, from a smoke free environment and no scratches.

8 to 9  =   As above with small blemishes such as minor top surface scratches not exceeding 20% of the surface area, usually not apparent from a distance of 2 metres and the overall look is not significantly affected

6 to 8  =    Scratches are visible from 2 metres and affect the cosmetic condition – the item does look used.
